PRISM splits a drum signal into four bands (Sub, Body, Crack and Air) and gives each its own processing chain. Saturation, attack and sustain shaping, tempo-synced echo, stereo placement and a send to a shared room can be set independently per band. Jobs that would normally take several plug-ins, such as widening cymbals while keeping the kick centered or adding echo only to the snare\'s attack, become quick moves in one window.
A Dispersion control fans the upper bands across the stereo field while Sub stays mono, and Refract offsets the higher bands in time for a subtle spectral flam. Crossovers are adjustable, bands are phase-matched, and a gentle glue compressor brings everything back together.
With 200 level-matched presets in ten categories, PRISM is approachable for users new to multiband processing, while the full band view offers detailed control. It runs at zero latency, supports automation and MIDI mapping, and activates offline without an iLok.
